Bare Necessities and Easyshop Intimate Apparel eRetailers Form Global Alliance

Bare Necessities, a leading U.S.-based Internet retailer of women's intimate apparel, has formed an alliance with Easyshop, a European Internet retailer of intimate apparel and hosiery, in an attempt to cover a broader geographical area for each other's products.

Bare Necessities ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, APOs and FPOs, while Easyshop services customers in the UK and Europe.

Easyshop had recently completed an acquisition of another U.S.-based Internet retailer of intimate apparel, Figleaves.com.

Beginning today, the two eRetailers will offer their customers access to an increased selection of intimate apparel in the U.S. and European markets. Bare Necessities and Easyshop will continue to explore opportunities to provide additional benefits to their customers.
