Does your site qualify for a Commerce Cubed Award? If you think your site meets the criteria listed below let us know and we will review your site. |
The Five Star Site award is presented to sites that have fully integrated all three components of a commerce cubed strategy into their site design and e-commerce strategy. The C3 Five Star Award recognizes the efforts these sites have made to provide more than just an online product catalog.
To determine if your site is worthy of a Five Star Award, we will review it against the criteria in each category below. If we believe it meets the criteria in a well executed manner which is easy to use, we will consider the site for a Five Star Award.
If your site demonstrates outstanding execution of one or more of the C3 components we will consider it for a recognition award.
Judging takes place of a period of several days to ensure consistency of site performance. Customer service is tested through mystery shoppers using fictitious problem examples appropriate to the site. Awards are given solely at the discretion of the eRetail Association judging panel. Award decisions are, by their nature subjective, as is the user experience on a particular website. If we feel your site falls short of our criteria we may, at our discretion, offer suggestions as to improvements that would make the site worthy of re-consideration.
Our judging criteria may be updated from time-to-time to reflect the dynamic nature of the Internet. (Previous winners may not necessarily pass current criteria).
