Move the mouse over the link and

Select {save target as} from the
pop-up menu
Enter the file name and select
the folder location where you would like to save the file.
Double-click on the file to open
it and view using Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or later)
Enter your password sent to you
via email
You can view or print the file at
your leisure
NOTE: when viewing on your
computer the embedded hyperlinks can be used to link directly to referenced
pages on the Internet.
To view the report using
Internet Explorer or Netscape with Adobe pdf viewing capabilities:
Click on the hyperlink
Enter your password
After a while the file will load into
your browser (note: because of the large file sizes this may take
some time to load. This option is only recommended for members with
a high speed Internet connection).
