LikingYou.com Offers Tips On Leading a Balanced
Life
If you are you spending too much time at work, or not getting what
you want from life, maybe LikingYou.com
has the answers.
In today's high tech, high-pressure world people have less and less
time to spend on personal goals and family. Too often, we feel our
desire for some personal time must come second behind our need to get
things done.
According to Sue Palmer, Personal Coach, many of us have lost the
ability to find balance in our lives. ``We need time to refocus, to
consider what we want from life,'' says Palmer. ``Sometimes we need the
help of a third party to help us reach our goals. That's the role of a
coach; to help people reach their full potential and live the life they
truly desire.''
LikingYou.com, the brainchild of Palmer, is a website dedicated to
helping people find balance in their lives. Through a regular diet of
life tips, visitors to the site learn techniques to achieve personal
harmony. LikingYou also features a personal gift section where visitors
are encouraged to indulge themselves in a few of life's little luxuries.
``Although the focus of LikingYou is on personal fulfillment, we need to
learn to treat ourselves occasionally,'' says Palmer. ``The gifts on
LikingYou.com are all selected to offer personal rewards for times when
we feel we deserve something a little special.''
The new site includes helpful information on what to expect from a
Personal Coach as well as examples of how coaching can help us achieve
our full potential. A simple test is provided to help determine how
coachable you are, with results ranging from ``not coachable right now''
to ``very coachable''.
``As a coach, my role is to help my clients grow as people by using
their own skills and talents. Coaches don't tell clients what to do,''
says Palmer. ``It is important to help people find their own answers
through a process of self examination and exploration. To succeed
through a coaching relationship, clients have to want to bring about
change in their life.''
``Coaching can be the catalyst we need to make a significant
life-change such as a new career or starting a new business. For others,
coaching is a way to increase financial stability or simplify an
over-complicated lifestyle.''
Palmer's clients receive personal coaching through weekly half-hour
sessions. Each session is designed to work on pre-agreed goals in a way
that constantly moves a client toward their personal objectives.
LikingYou.com also offers visitors a chance to sign up for a free
newsletter offering ideas for personal improvement and finding balance
in life. A recommended reading list highlights a selection of books that
focus on personal wellness.
Palmer offers potential clients a complimentary coaching session to
help them understand how coaching will work for them.
