Companies and individuals benefit from professional network.
July 7th 2000 - Internet
Retail Professionals and companies from around the world are coming
together as members of the International eRetail Association, www.eretailassociation.org,
helping to define guidelines for the next generation of e-commerce
professionals. Members benefit from networking opportunities, member
discounts and an exclusive monthly industry report.
The International eRetail Association recognizes the special talents of
eRetail professionals. "The Internet retailing professional
develops a unique combination of experience in both retailing and the
Internet," says Nigel Fenwick, founder of the eRetail Association
and president of eRetailNews. "The association provides
these professionals and their sponsoring companies with an opportunity
to recognize their achievements and harness their experience to
develop standards and codes of conduct for emerging eRetail
professionals to follow."
As a global organization of e-commerce professionals, the eRetail
Association provides Professional and Corporate members with analysis
and insight into the world of Internet retailing through high-quality
monthly reports, published exclusively to members, and online at
www.eretailnews.com.
"The e-commerce landscape is changing rapidly and only the
most enlightened will survive," suggests Fenwick. "With
membership from the USA to Asia, the eRA offers industry professionals
an opportunity to share their experience and to network with other
successful eRetailers in order to compete more effectively."
The association publishes a free monthly email newsletter and
provides its members with discounts on everything from professional
coaching to national and international conferences and educational
events, such as the European Conference on eFulfillment.
The International eRetail Association is open to all members of the Internet
retailing industry and its supporting service providers, offering
individual "Professional membership" and "Corporate
membership" options. |
