Updesk.com Coaching Referral Affiliate Eligibility
Rules, Terms and Conditions

No agency, employee or other relationship is established by this agreement other than that of an independent contractor to BizBrick Corporation solely for the purposes of referring people to the Updesk.com Coaching Service.

No bulk email or SPAM may be used in the promotion of any Updesk.com products or services.

Registration as an Affiliate does not automatically guarantee payment of any referral fees. To receive fees through this program you must have already registered your name and have been approved as a member of the program. In addition, you must refer people into the program in such a way that we are able to identify you as the source of the referral (we recommend using our referral form); and the person you refer must register within the program for a minimum of three months; and the person you refer must have fully paid their coaching fees.

Referral check are sent no sooner than 90 days from the date of registration of the referred client.

US Affiliates may be required to complete IRS 1099 paperwork before being paid under this program. All Affiliates are paid through PAYPAL. All Affiliates are solely responsible for paying all taxes owed on income received through this program.
